AFF Fearlessness (Affirmations)

Script of positive suggestions suitable, with adaptation, for any age, which can be used as personal affirmations with the client repeating each line, or by the therapist reading to the client directly, using I or You pronouns

This script can be used alone or as an addition to or insert in another script, to assist in being released from the past, or from feeling stuck in the present, enabling one to move forward in life. Also, it can be sent as a handout with the client for personal use.
