The Changes Faced with Getting Older

Question

I’m getting older, and more concerned about the future, my health and, frankly, a fear of dying.  Our whole country is changing so rapidly.  There must be many problems we face, as a result, that we didn’t face before.  How can hypnosis help with something like this?

Answer

As people get into their older ages, they may find themselves overwhelmed with the pace of life and what seem like unbelievable social problems they didn’t feel were so prominent, when they were growing up, themselves. They face a physical body that grow much older than the mind they feel they have, and probably worry about becoming handicapped or a burden to family members.  Their friends are dying, and so they face the question death far more frequently than they used to.  Often a loved one they’ve lived with for years dies before they do, and they must deal with grief and loneliness.

Seniors who discover and learn to work with their subconscious minds will be able to heal grief,  have active memories and minds that still learn, find that they have skills still present and useful (perhaps in different ways than before), and a life that can continue to be enjoyable and fulfilling.  Hypnotherapy and counseling are fantastic helps in all of this.
