Past Life Therapy

I was interested in past life therapy, and wondering what is involved with it, how long it lasts, if it takes more than one session and the approximate cost.

Answer
Hypnosis is an effective tool for going into the past, whether this existence or previous existences. Not every hypnotherapist does this, so it is important to ask first before making assumptions that you will have this experience. Personally, I think it is important to have someone who knows how to clear anything from the past that is complicating your present life. This is the best type of therapist to get, in my opinion. Cost differs from location to location and from therapist to therapist. Amount of time it takes will be up to you and your therapist.
