Martial Arts Performance

Question

I am 16 years old, and am really into karate. The only problem is, that because I'm at a high level now, I'll soon have to start performing in competitions where LOTS of people are watching two people (me and someone else) fight. The idea of this terrifies me so much, that I think I'll just go out there, and won't be able to move! It's been like this ever since I can remember. Whenever I have to demonstrate something in front of even the 20 people in my karate dojo, I mess up out of fear of them all watching me, and me being center of attention. Can hypnosis help this? I've been considering it for quite awhile. If I could just go out there WITHOUT worrying about anything, I can focus more on the fight, and my reflexes will be quicker, and I can react faster. This way I will stand a chance to win, rather than get beaten easily. So, if hypnosis can help with this, I seriously will consider it in future.

Answer

I just finished working with a woman who had exactly the same problem as you, when she had to endure a heavy-duty test for her black-belt.  I helped her by having her deeper mind seek out whatever imprints were causing her hesitation and fear, and to change them into something that would help her do her best.  I followed this with positive suggestions intended to build self-confidence, and suggestions that would remove any fears.  I followed this with a session that concentrated on being the finest athlete and martial artist possible, and continued to build her confidence. She did great after our hypnosis sessions. You can do it too.
