Chronic Fatigue & Depression
Question
I am tired and depressed all the time. I can′t seem to get a decent night of sleep. People tell me to just get out more, or exercise, or give some other ?pull-yourself-up-by-your-own-bootstrap? advice. They simply do not understand what it is like to be unable to think or do anything. I despair of getting out of this. Can you help?
Answer
Chronic tiredness or illness can take its toll, not just on the body, but on the mind and spirit. Anxiety, discouragement, and depression are common consequences of lack of sleep, for instance. Hypnosis can help lift the depression or chronic fatigue by dealing with any sources for these, and by giving positive suggestions that cut over against these often long-termed experiences. It can alleviate your anxiety, and lift the depression, easing your mind. Soft music can help you drift into sleep. Hypnotic recordings can help you into sleep, and help you have a better quality of sleep.
