Question
I have a problem with food, I guess I'm a bulimic; I eat a lot and then force myself to vomit it back up.  Can you help me?

Answer

Yes I can help, on one condition--that you're willing to change your habits that come out of a compulsive desire to not gain any weight.  I work with your body's natural ability to select foods and habits that are healthy for you, and in the amount that is right for your healthy weight goal. However, if you counteract that work with a continued fear about gaining weight, then I can't possibly help you.

Hypnosis works only if you're willing for it to. I don’t wave a magic wand. It is not a magic pill you take.  The hypnotherapist is a guide who helps you into your OWN deeper subconscious resources to support what you want, consciously.  In other words, the work is designed to help your conscious and unconscious minds to come into a common agreement.  That agreement frees your deeper mind, the unconscious/subconscious self, to make the changes needed, so that you can more easily obtain your particular desire or  reach your goal.
