Dear Del,
Since I was about 25 years of age, I tend to get anxiety attacks when I am in the middle of a crowd. My attacks are characterized by heavy perspiration and nervousness. I can only endure a movie or theater performance by sitting in the back row, on an aisle, with no one behind me. Obviously this limits my social engagements. Since I am now 60, and I still have the problem, it's time to get it fixed if possible! Can you successfully treat this malady?

I know what discomfort this can bring for I went through it myself some years ago. I came through it, and so can you. Hypnosis is extremely helpful with any kind of phobia. Fear of crowds is not unusual. I believe that what you describe is more a free of being trapped. Going to someone who can get to the source of what triggered that fear, in the first place, is what a good hypnotherapist can do for you. Once that's done, then suggestions will help you conquer your discomfort in a surprisingly short time. This is one of the areas I specialize in, so, yes, I definitely feel I can be of help to you.
