Why Hypnosis?
Question
Why do people go to a hypnotist to solve their problem?
Answer
A person comes to a hypnotherapist because they are aware that all their conscious effort isn't solving the problem. That's because the problem, and it's solution, lies in their deeper, subconscious or unconscious mind. In an office setting, the hypnotherapist gives suggestions that help you relax and narrow down what you'll pay attention to. This makes it easier to reach your subconscious mind where you have more resources to help you solve your problem. In other words, the HT is merely a guide, and you're letting the guide help you into your own interior abilities. This allows help to be given at the level where the problem really lies.
