Hypnosis for Sleep Problems

Question
I have a serious problem with sleep. Not only does it take me forever to get to sleep, but I keep waking up throughout the night, and it's difficult to return to sleep. I feel exhausted. I've tried all the "tricks" people have suggested, and nothing works. Can I be helped?

Answer
Insomnia can be caused by almost as many reasons as there are people with that problem. Some is a result of an over-active mind. Some has to do with unresolved problems that haven't yet been worked through. Some is related to incidents out of the past that continue to interfere with the sleeping process. Whatever the reason, I consider hypnosis to be the most effective tool in getting to the source of the problem, and finding ways to resolve it quickly.
