Fear of Flying?

Question
Do you have something that can help someone with their fear of flying? I have a job that occasionally requires that I fly, but most of the time I have to make up some excuse, even fake illness, to get out of it, unless I can drive or get to my destination by train. Dear Del, I have been suffering from several phobias, one of them is the fear of flying. I won a special trip to another country, and yet when the trip approached, my fear became so bad that I couldn't enjoy preparing for it. When I got on the plane, and took off, I felt claustrophobic, short of breath and my heart was racing. I had to ask the flight attendant for oxygen. It was all very embarrassing.

Answer
I've found that releasing one's fear of flying is rather easy with hypnotic methods. In fact, most phobias are much easier to get rid of by hypnosis than most people realize. If you were my client, I would first get your deeper mind to change whatever imprints are causing the fear, in the first place. Then I would include suggestions that relieve anxiety and other fears. I would then walk you through several visualizations that prepare for and actually take flights, until they cease to cause nervousness. It works!
